shared this mudpie from Coffee Club with the OH, with 2 pots of tea.
mind u, this thing is dangerously huge for both of us. and not the mention fattening! with coffee and choc ice cream, above a bed of oreo crust, covered with heaps of cocoa powder and choc sauce. yah, imagine the calories! so we decided that we will not eat mudpie unless there are 4 pple sharing! haha.
its dim sum for bfast meeting tmr. all the way to chin swee road! at 9.30am in the morn!!supposed to be able to walk there from OG, but honestly, i have no clue. so the next best ting? CAB! haha.
and wats with the stupid ruling on being in office at 9.30am EVERY mon morning!! look at where i live!!! aaarrrggghhhh!!!!! *bangs table*

casually told monkey and chmm abt the bancassurance thing, and their reactions are so cute lah. shall not elaborate further. "dun wry lah u 2, i will try to stay as long as i can k?"
at least, i muz eat monkey's father's chwee kway dat every1 is raving abt 1st! :)
finished my 1st door-knocking session 2nite! pretty tiring, but a pretty interesting experience. planning to do it on our own once a wk if possible. i guess sumtimes, work really helps.
managed to hold on to my stand, and come home str8 instead of following them to MOS. tiring lah! i muz say, lendar is really quite chiong hei, LOL.
gonna be a long day tmr again. yawnz.

received a call dis afternoon from a recruitment company, offering me a bacassurance (sumting like dat lah) specialist position in a bank, paying $2-2.6k basic+comm+recurring comm, selling insurance to customers. and the best part? i dun have to prospect them, the PBs will refer them to me. haiz....so tempting.....
had 8hrs of slp for 3 consecutive nites le, very gd!
but i still feel tired in the day, urgh.

i m finally home for dinner 2nite! if not mum is sooo gonna nag at me again.
will be doing another starhub rdshow dis wkend at Taka (dun say i didnt inform ah, haha)
i need to work, it numbs me.
and of coz, more importantly, i need money!
i say things for a reason, i do things for a reason, and sumtimes the reason is someone

so fast the wk is ending, uhoh.
and i have a whole lot of recordings since last mon dat i haven watched!
dad is sooo gonna nag again.
at the rate the days are passing, i m gonna grow older sooner!

had a sudden inspiration to dedicate a post to my 3 angels at work last nite while lying on my bed, so heres it:
shall not mention names, but u guys noe who u are.
Angel 1: if i really have to write a 1000-word essay every wk to counsel and motivate u to stay on and be happier in this biz, i will. but now, i only have 1 sentence for u: "believe in urself, coz we are all believing in u" :)
Angel 2: keep up ur drive and energy, and i'll see u among the top in no time! :)
Angel 3: this biz is not easy, but neither is it too difficult. all it takes is discipline, to kp doing wateva u have been doing everyday, wout fail! :)

juz finished a hectic week, went for a mid yr planning trip to batam last mon, came bk on wed nite, and worked at PC show from thurs to sun, woah! but week passed by pretty fast, cool!
ate and played quite alot in batam, but were too occupied to take pics, and most of it are in my colleague's cam...so heres the pics of our 2nd last meal in batam (the last was the long-lost A&W!!):

2day ah Gio was so nice to drive us to sumwhere nice for lunch after SB, and brot us to this ulu place near office called Little Bali! and honestly, at 1st look, it REALLY has the rustic feel of Bali!
there is a eating place there dat has stalls selling Indonesian, Thai and Tze Char food, but we stumbled upon this Czech pub-like place inside, dat serves combo sets for $8 nett (1 main course+1 drink), called The Beer Station:
so since its called the BEER station, and we can choose ANY drink in their menu, so of coz we each had a beer lah! (except for mei mei) There were 2 beers to choose from, light and dark, so we all had the light for now:
for main course, 3 of them had the Fish & Chips, which they all agreed its was pretty gd, the fish was crispy and crumbly and soft, and the fries was probably not bad too, if not chmm wouldnt have finished the fries and not the fish rite? lol!
i tried to be diff, and had the beef goulash instead, which was actually supposed to be beef cubes in a slightly spicy and tomato-ey stew with potatoes and came with either rice or bread, btu it was quite a pretty bad choice, coz i had to dig inside the stew dunno how many times, juz to find only a few tiny beef cubes, tsk tsk.
but the owner, Dasha was very nice and provides very nice service....and another cool thing? with every lunch combo set purchased, u juz need to brg bk the receipt after 4pm, and u get another free beer!!! which means......more beer for us ltr!! :) ok, the beer wasnt much to rave for (at least its not as bitter as Tiger), but the ambience even during hot lunchtime was quite nice, so wats more in the cool evenings!! :)
