sch has started, managed to cram in the last mod for dis sem
which brgs it to a total of 6mods, including dissertation.
trying to shuff everyting in a 4-day wk. heh.
1st wk of sch, and i attended a nite lec, went for a waste-of-time morn lec, had 1 lec cancelled, and skipped 2 lecs. LOL.
i shall learn to be a nerd dis sem. i'll try.
started by photocopying my 1st set of readings for 2 mods yest.
now its juz a matter of whether i will read it anot. :)
went for dinner juz now to celebrate dad's bdae tmr.
shall blog abt the food in the food blog.
wanted to either pay 4 the dinner, or give parents a hongbao for their bdaes
but starhub HAVEN give me my pay!!
so now i m still 1 broke little me. aarrggh.
watched Click with fenix couple of days bk.
quite a nice show, funny yet touching. :)
went to celebrate a fren's bdae yest with yiwei and fenix.
had Pepper Lunch, but forgot to take pics, so no entry abt it.
but i guess its noting too fabulous, juz sumting new, dats all.
they all felt we shld juz buy a hotplate home and cook our own food in it. lol.
asked a buddy wat does she think my bad points are, and the 1st ting she said was dat i m too honest.
honesty, it seems, shld not entirely exist in this world.
it shld be mixed with sum white lies, a little craftiness, and a pinch of deceit?
all for the purpose of protecting oneself.
i would have refuted her outright in the past.
but now, she juz have too many cases of mine to cite to shut me up.
lying is tiring, hiding is worse.
esp to the person u love.
